This bar is normally docked on the top left of the screen and is dockable to any part of the screen. It contains icons relating to the controls: 'A' Element, Select, Option, Input, Optgroup, Text, Card, Para and Image. When the user is in the Design View, clicking on the icon and then clicking on the Control Pane, will place the control in the corresponding mouse cursor position. When the user is in the Code View, clicking on the icon will enable a properties dialog box of the respective control, after which the corresponding WML control tag is placed in the current cursor position of the code view.
